What checks should be done before the vacuum suction cup is installed?

1. Inspection vacuum sucker manual: sampling inspection. Two books are included: Quality Specifications for Raw Materials and Manufacturers Specifications for Finished Products. The quality of valve raw materials shall be sampled in accordance with relevant regulations. The inspection results of the high temperature solenoid valve shall meet the requirements of the current national standard or the order contract. After the valve is assembled and formed, its surface must be free of paint peeling and other defects, and collisions must be avoided during transportation.
2. Finished packaging vacuum suction cup inspection. The buyer and seller must pack and leave the factory according to the requirements of the contract documents, and the packaging must be reliable and firm. Generally, there should be no damage, breakage, scratches and other undesirable phenomena. In addition, each box of gas solenoid valves should have a production label. The solenoid valve should be marked with the material, diameter, pressure, connection method, quantity, model and production date of the vacuum suction cup.
3. When the vacuum suction cup unloads the pallet, it must be handled carefully when loading and unloading electric or pneumatic valves without outer packaging. When encountering a heavier valve, it must be lifted with a sling. It is strictly forbidden to directly lift the wire rope.
4. When transporting the valve by vehicle without packaging, there should be a sleeper on the vehicle with rubber sheet pads.
